About this Album:
i bought this album before I saw the movie and was pretty disppointed the first few times I listened to it. But then after a couple of listens and seeing the movie, it is now one of my favourite albums. I will go through it song by song
1. Kickapoo
This is one of the best songs with singing from Meatloaf and Dio. It plays at the very beginning of the movie, telling the story of how JB came to go to Hollywood
2. Classico
Short but sweet, brilliant singing by JB and brilliant guitar from from KG. Another one of the best songs
3. Baby
An ok song, too serious and soft for JB, its stupid in the video as well
4. Destiny
Can you get any worse, but relevant in the movie
5. History
An ok song again, but good in the movie. This is supposed to be their masterpiece
6. The Government Totally Sucks
A good song but disappointly dosen't feature in the movie
7. Master Exploder
This song has the best solo in the movie and album, it is JB's dream of their perfect rock gig. Good song
8. The Divide
Rubbish but funny in movie
9. Papagenu (He's My Sassafrass)
Beginning is stupid even though it has a good enough whistle-thing riff. Second part is good enough. This song is so stupid in the movie when JB is tripping
10. Dude (I Totally Miss You)
Good song and good enough in the movie
11. Break In-City (Storm The Gates)
Brilliant Song and it was good in the movie with JB trying to break into the rock museum
12. Car Chase City
Good fast song and an entertaing car chase in the movie
13. Beezleboss (The Final Showdown)
Best song on the album and in the movie with singing from Dave Grohl. Dave Grohl plays the Devil and is simply brilliant. He's insane on drums, burns the place up on guitar and rocks the kazba with his singing. JB's and KG's song is good but I personally prefer the Devils's
14. POD
First single from the album and the second best song. The only bad thing is that it played over the closing credits of the movie and most people didn't get to hear it
15. Metal
Good song about what tried to kill the metal. Again during the closing credits
If you go to the movie, stay until after the credits because there is a short piece after the credits.
