Well Snow Patrol have done it again. The follow up to Final Straw album is defenitaly worth purchasing. If you love beautiful lyrics laced with simple but catchy riffs and melodys then this should deffinately be in your cd collection. Lightbody is an amazing lyricist. You're all that i have and hands open the two opening tracks are great but the track that really steals the show is Chasing Cars you can see it becoming an anthem, much like Run (but better as i always thought run seemed to go on and on for too long). The lyrics and concept are so sweet. Another Heartfelt song on teh album is track 6 You Could Be Happy, very gentel and almost nursery ryhme like it makes you want hear it over and over again, this could be said for the whole album actually. Set the Fire to the Third Bar the duet with Martha Wainwright is another stand out track.overall the quality of the album is brilliant. If you have the special edition cd with the 3 bonus tracks then you wont be disappointed either, apart from maybe the untitled track which i have tendancies to skip. there is only so many times you can listen to a small kid wittering on about nothing and find it interesting. but the tracks to follow make up for it.
