When things get tough, often you receive the advice to move on and just deal with situations. I often feel that this counterproductive advice as it is important to give yourself a break now and then from forcing yourself to stay on top of things. Sometimes it's ok to sit down with a pint of icecream, a cup of coco and grant yourself a little self-pity.
