Just a quick change from the tab I saw here.

It can be played much easier if you just put a capo on fret two and slide the chords down by two halfsteps (IE: D->C, F#m->Em, etc)

so, verse:

                                 C

(same pattern throughout.)

and chorus:

           Am
It wears me out
           G
It wears me out
           Am
It wears me out
           G
It weeeaarrrssss...

(the same goes for the "if I could just be who you wanted" bit as for the chorus.
