I was bored sitting around, so I tried to transcribe the awesome acoustic version of Setting Sun off the Chemical Brothers "Dig your own hole" CD (I think that's what it's called anyway), written by my hero Noel Gallagher, and perfermed at his newer concerts, and this was also supposedly played on the radio for all of you English folk...maybe OASIS will release this as a b-side in the forcoming future. Anyway, I hope you like this song as much as I do. Have fun! Chords Used D (x00232) Gm6 (320030) Cm9 (032030) (BTW, I just started playing the guitar a month ago, so you'll have to listen to the recording to get the rhythm down, because I don't know the proper way to write it down) Intro: D Cm9 Gm6 (repeat x4) D Cm9 Gm6 D Cm9 Gm6 You're the devil in me I brought in from the cold D Cm9 Gm6 D Cm9 Gm6 You said your body was young, buy your mind was very old, D Cm9 Gm6 You're coming on strong and I like the way, D Cm9 Gm6 The visions we had are fading away, D Cm9 Gm6 You're part of a life I've never had, D Cm9 Gm6 I'll tell you man, it's just to bad, D Cm9 Gm6 I'll tell you man, it's just to bad, D Cm9 Gm6 You're coming on strong D Cm9 Gm6 Like you're shining your gun, D Cm9 Gm6 Like you're shining your gun, D Cm9 Gm6 Just like a setting sun. -Solo- (same as intro) You're the devil in me I brought in from the cold, You said you're body was young buy your mind was very old, You're coming on strong and I like the way, The visions we had are fading away, You're part of a life I've never had, I'll tell you man it's just to bad, I'll tell you man it's just to bad, I'll tell you man it's just to bad, You're coming on strong, YEAH you're coming on strong, YEAH you're shining you gun, you're shining your gun, Like a setting sun Like a setting sun. This is by no means perfect, and only covers the rhythm guitar part (Bonehead) If anyone wants to try and figure out what Noel is playing(lead) let me know. Cheers!
