About this Album:

The band that gave us the perfect Origin of Symmetry has given us another album of pure perfection! 14 tracks of brilliance!

.Intro Nice introduction. Nice beat. Only a short stamping track.

.Apocalyspe Please - What a way to begin an album. With blistering vocals, and beautiful lyrics, we are drawn into Muse?s world. The thumping of the piano is just a small sign of what is to come. The whole song blends perfectly. A real winner. 5/5

.Time Is Running Out - Got to love that bass. It?s simple yet it sets the whole song up for a nice pace. This song is really simple and so accessible. I love the lyrics. I love the beat and drum. The chorus build up is exciting and so wonderful. Then the vocals kick in and it makes you feel warm inside. 5/5

.Sing For Absolution - You can almost hear the pain and hurt in his voice. The intro is simple and effective. The use of an echo is a great choice. Who is actually singing? I like this song mainly because of the brilliant chorus. Every instrument works perfectly together. An absolute highlight. 5/5

.Stockholm Syndrome - Back into hard mode. The bass is really effective here. The fast guitar riff makes your hairs stand on end. I love the way this song goes up and down. Almost like a see-saw. Everything about the song pays off. The lyrics are brilliant. 5/5

.Falling Away With You - The introduction is to die for. I love the guitar. It?s just such a brilliant and beautiful riff. So simple. So effective. And the vocals and lyrics are so sincere. This is a beautiful song and takes the CD heart beat down a notch, which is fine. It?s a sad but beautiful song. 5/5

.Interlude - One could be mistaken that the previous track was the interlude. But this is a nice little inclusion.

.Hysteria - What an outstanding riff!!! This song rocks! Everything about this song is perfect. The bass, the guitar, the vocals, the drums...it fits in perfectly. The pay off of the chorus is goosebump inducing! I love this song! The message it sends. Perfect! 5/5

.Blackout - What heartache we have at the beginning. I love the sound, I respect Muse for following up Hysteria with this beautiful song. Absolutely meaningful and adds to Hysteria. The pain and softness in this song is felt. 5/5

.Butterflies & Hurricanes - And the perfection keeps rolling! The build up is low key, but you sense that there is something coming. I love the bass which is simple, yet the song is complex. The lyrics are brilliant as always. 5/5

.The Small Print - Reminscent of Plug-In Baby. This song gets into it straight away and gets your blood pumping. This is a great song. The lyrics drive the song, while the bass and guitar just follow. It is really an accomplished song worth the wait. 5/5

.Endlessly - The chorus is so catchy, those lyrics ?Hopelessly, I?ll love you Endlessly?. How beautiful. The soaring guitar and the straight beat, keeping the song in check. The vocals are simply superb. Another perfect song 5/5

.Thoughts Of A Dying Athiest - This is up there with Muse?s best songs. And here it is at number 13. It is really a great way to wind down. The message is sends is beautiful and hopeful, if bleak. Again, the lyrics are what makes this song so brilliant. My heart skips a beat at the chorus. 5/5

.Ruled By Secrecy - Probably the weakest song on the album but by no means is it dull or even bad. It is still amazing. The piano is so capitivating and the vocals are so engaging that the song becomes a great finisher to a brilliant album. 5/5
