Mindless Drug Hoover
Emerging from the alternative cabaret scene in 1990s London, Mindless Dig Hoover was discovered by accident when Rob Deacon (Volume, Deviant Records) heard him on a friends' ansaphone.
The Reefer Song featured as a hidden Bonus track on Volume 8 (Volume was a compilation CD with magazine). Triple J radio station picked it up and played it enough that it was released as a single in Australia.
The album Top Banana was released in 1997.
The man behind Mindless Drug Hoover, Matt Hayden, is very sorry.
