Lilit Hovhannisyan

Lilit Hovhannisyan was born on 7 December 1987 in Yerevan, Armenia. She started music education on classes of piano in music school after Jrbashyan, in 2005 graduated from the department of State Song Theatre of Armenia and in 2011 graduated from Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas, department of jazz vocal.

Since she was a child, she wanted to be a fashion-designer, however, she later decided to follow a career in music. Lilit’s first step in the musical career was through the first season of Hay Superstar show (2006), the Armenian version of Pop Idol, where she was placing fourth out of the ten participants. Lilit captured her audience with unique and charming voice and extraordinary style. In the next music contest- “Yntsa” Lilit was awarded a grand prix.

Afterwards, Lilit took part in various festivals, represented Armenian Culture in the festival of Praha (2008) and Shanghai “Expo”. Since 2013 Lilit started her concert tours all around the world: she has live concerts in Russia, Europe and USA.

In 2014 Lilit Hovhannisyan launched online market, where she exhibited (also sells) the dresses and accessories designed by herself. The collections are based on dresses and accessories, that Lilit weared in her videos. The original dresses are not on sale, and the singer sews according to the order of clients.
