This tab is 100% perfect, finally.
Apparently the Bb/A chord got lost in translation, as I forgot to add it in the chord progression (A huge thanks goes to Bill, Peter, Kevin, Matt, and Steve for the heads up!).  I also added the interlude for individual note playing (which may or may not be used, depending on the situation [Jack uses it on the CD but not on AOL Sessions or in some concerts!]).
One more thing, in the bridge we have a progression of Gm to C, which is easy.  The Gm is definitely played on the 3rd fret, but the C chord can either be played on the 8th (8-10-10-9-9-8) or on the 3rd as I’ve tabbed it.  They both sound the same, but I used the 3rd for a quicker transition!

This is correct, however I personally think it sounds bad compared to just finger picking the chord or even continuing with the strum patter – but whatever floats your boat.
