While waiting for the ebb-tide, I watch the ground
Seeing what has just died, without a sound
Never thought I’d cry for, forgotten fears
Nothing left but salty tears
 
The sea is deeper now, what is left
What is found, down on the ground
The cry is louder now, what is heard
What is found, behind the sound
 
I’m passing through a sandstorm
That weakens my soul
Starting now to transform
And I feel cold
 
I’m waiting for a saviour
To take me home
