The journey began so long ago
Out of desperate need for change
Life was quickly losing it's luster
And I was surely to blame!

How long can one stare at the wall
And wait for good fortune to come!
Some can do it forever
Until their days are done

A waste of life! I was destined to do more...
To take matters into my own hands:
Riding fire-breathing IronHeads
Through endless desert sands!

Now we're as one, welding flesh to steel
The only unbreakable bond!
Forever into retreating horizons
We're charging hard and headlong
Reckless at best, suicidal at worst
We wouldn't have it any other way
Roaring above devastating thunder
There's nothing left to say but...

I go where I want and I live where I please
No one dares get in the way
Because we've got no brakes and we drank too much
That'd be a dangerous game to play!

Under the summer sun's unbearable heat
And through the stinging rain
This unstoppable metal steed's
Voracious appetite for pain

Will be my death... though a happy one...
I'd rather live, even if I'm alone!
So off I roll into the dust
And on it rides with my soul!
