We think we know it all 

But do we really know 

We think our actions are qualified 

But are we really right 

The sky's losing its blue 

With every new day going by 

A storm is coming up 

But we still ignore the signs 

So far it all worked out 

No reason to be afraid 

But what will we do 

When it is all too late 

Our accredited knowledge 

Becomes our worst enemy 

We think we are ingenious 

But we're still too blind to see 

That we've exhausted our quotas 

And scoop from sources we don't have 

Until we've reached a point 

Where there is no turning back 

It seems we are not able 

To learn from our past mistakes 

Our one way street gets shorter 

With every step we take 

I'm not here to state my grievance 

I just want us to wake up 

To see this world with open eyes 

We have to take our blinkers off 

It's a fight against time 

So there's no time to waste 

We have it all in our hands 

As we are the change
