Frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment
Identity disturbance 
Markedly and persistently unstable self image or sense of 
self
Chronic feelings of emptiness
Transient, stress related paranoid ideation with severe 
dissociative symptoms
Inappropriate intense anger or difficulty controlling 
anger
Impulsivity in at least two areas that are potentially 
self damaging
Recorded suicidal behavior
