I'm taking it back to the beginning, where we first met.

Everybody's losing their minds. Everybody's losing their 
goddamned minds.

Everybody's smiling. Just to show off their white, white, 
white

There's emptiness in their reflections and it's killing 
me, yeah it's killing me.

It's always been my way to appreciate everything and to 
live for the sake of living

But lately I just end up in this place; alone each night 
with the sorrow for the fear that maybe we don't change 
that much over time. I want so badly to believe that this 
world exists in my head but the place I dream of is so, 
so, so far from where I live. I dream in color but all 
the people I know are all so gray. I dream in color but 
all the people I know are all the same. (I just can't 
figure out how to get there, I just can't figure it out.)
