OK, this is fairly easy:
There is more than one way to skin the cat, depending on how anal you are (and whether you have support from a band).

Version 1.
Capo on the first fret and then the chords are:

    E  	A   C#  B

E---0---0---0---0
B---0---0---0---0
G---1---2---6---4
D---2---2---6---4
A---2---0---4---2
E---0---x---x---x

There is some shenanigans on the G-string to fill the holes, which you should be able to figure out from listening

Intro Verses and Chorus follow this pattern:
E A C# A

The Bridge ("Someone tell me...") is a bit different:
B A C#, B C# A


Version 2. More faithful to the recording as far as I can tell
Capo on the Fifth fret and then the chords are:

    C  	F   Am  G

E---0---0---0---0
B---1---1---1---1
G---0---2---0---0
D---2---3---3---0
A---3---3---0---2
E---0---1---x---3

So this time the shenanigans are on the D-String

Intro, Verses and Chorus follow this pattern:
C F Am F

The Bridge ("Someone tell me...") is a bit different:
G F Am, G Am F
