The Lord is my strength and sheild
My heart trusts in Him
He has never failed me
And I know He never will
His Acts toward the children of men
Prove His faithfulness
And I make my boast of love for Him

The Lord gives strength to His people
And is the saving strength of His anointed
Nothing shall by any means hurt them
Hurt those that are chosen

So let your heart reach out in love

And humble adoration
The Lord Most High
Really loves you
He lifts up the fainting
And the heads that are fallen
Will no longer be bowed down

Oh yes! He feeds and protects His anointed
We are His inheritance
Blessed of the Lord
And with my song I will praise Him
Forever
