Ich weiß, dass ich mich hinten in der Schlange anstellen muss, bevor du endlich mal Zeit hast, einen Abend mit mir zu verbringen.
Aber wenn's dann doch klappt und wir irgendwo tanzen gehen, besteht eine reelle Chance, dass du mich nicht einfach stehen lässt.

Hinterher schauen wir noch auf einen oder zwei Drinks bei einem lauschigen Plätzchen vorbei.
Und dann vermassele ich alles, indem ich so was Idiotisches sage wie:
"Ich liebe dich."

Ich seh's deinem Blick an, wie sehr du die immer gleichen Lügen verachtest, die du auch schon am Abend zuvor gehört hast.
Aber wenn du's auch nur für 'ne Phrase hältst mir war's noch nie so ernst damit.

Ich trainiere jeden Tag, um mit ein paar schlauen Sätzen rüberzubringen, was ich meine.
Aber dann warte ich lieber, bis ich später am Abend mit dir alleine bin.

Der Augenblick ist da, dein Duft benebelt mir die Sinne,
die Sterne strahlen rot, die Nacht ist so blau und dann vermassele ich alles, indem ich so was Idiotisches sage wie:
"Ich liebe dich."
