Matchbox Twenty - Push Ver 5 guitar tab

Your rating:
Artist: Mathbox 20
Song: Push
Tabbed by Jon Aleman

This is absolutely the very best Mathbox 20 song ever released in my opinion. I've seen
a bunch of tabs on the song though none of them seem to be all that acurate so I tabbed it
myself. In order to play it correctly, you have to have your guitar tuned a 1/2 step down.
So the tuning is as follows: Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-eb

CHORDS:

G:320033
G5:3x0033
Dsus4:xx0233
Dsus2:xx0230
Em:022000
C:x32010
Cadd9:x32030
D/F#:2x023x

The intro is as follows:

     G Dsus4 Em C
e-------3--3--3-----3--3---0--0--0--0--0--0-----
B-------3--3--3-----3--3---0--0--0--0--1--1-----
G-------0--0--0-----2--2---0--0--0--0--0--0----- X2
D--0----0--0--0-----0--0---2--2--2--2--0--2-----
A--2-----------------------2--2--2--2--3--3-----
E--3-------------2---------0--0--0--0-----------

VERSE 1:

        G5 D/F# Em
She said I don't know if I've ever been good enough

            C G5 D/F# Em C
I'm a little bit rusty and I think my head is caving in

   G5 D/F# Em
And I don't know if I've ever been really loved

            C
By a hand that's touched me

G5 D/F# Em C
Well, I feel like something's gonna give, and I'm a little bit angry

Dsus2 Cadd9
Well, this ain't over... well not here

				Dsus2
Not while I still need you around

				Cadd9	Dsus4
You don't owe me, we might change yeah, yeah we just might feel good

CHORUS:

G D/Dsus2 C D
I wanna push you a-round, well I will, well I will

G D/Dsus2 C D
I wanna push you down, well I will well I will

Em Dsus2 C D/Dsus
I wanna take you for granted

Em Dsus2 C D
Well I wanna take you for granted, yeah, yeah well I will

Do intro over again and the next verse is the same chord progression as the first.

She said I don't know why you ever would lie to me
Like I'm a little untrusting when I think the truth is gonna hurt ya
And I don't know why you couldn't just stay with me
You couldn't stand to be near me when my face don't seem to wanna shine
Cuz it's a little bit dirty
Oh well, don't just stand there, say nice things to me
uz I've been cheated, I've been wronged you
You don't know me well, I an't change
Well I won't do anything at all

CHORUS: Same as before

This bridge part is different:

Em D/F# C
Oh but don't bowl me over, just wait a minute

D Dsus2/D Em C D
Well, it kinda fell apart. Things get so cra--zy, cra----zy

Em D/F# C D Em D/F# C D
Don't rush this ba----by, don't rush this ba--by ba---by

CHORUS: Same as before

This part's kinda confusing:

Em Dsus2 D G
I wanna take you, take you yeah well I will

OUTRO is same as intro but end on G5

That's all there is to it. Pretty easy one you get the chord progression going.
