I'm a guitarist, and a novice keyboard player, so bear with me.
Geddy uses an Oberheimer in this song.
The keyboard in the intro is suppose to be flanged.
Some parts are missing. Which I usually don't play.
COrrections are warranted and encouraged.

Tab:
w= whole note
de: dotted eight note
dh= dotted half note

Played as a sine wave form

Though his mind is not for rent...the river.
No his mind is not for rent...the changes.

(Missing Keyboards here)

What you say about his company...catch the drift.
And what you say about his company...catch the spit.

E, as in intro comes in before "The world is the world..."
However, its in a wave form that goes down to an E.
Continues doing in the next few measures. (Listen to song for exact
rhythm)

The world is the world...wide.
The world is the world...wide. (&)

Today's Tom Sawyer he gets high on you...by on you.

Rhy Fig. 1
Two keyboards here.
1 is the E, in sine wave form, and 2 is Geddy getting it on.

For Key2, during the fourth repeat he starts using the pitch bender.

After the ninth repeat, play Key2 of Rhy Fig. 1.
However, in the second measure hold the "d" note.
Here, Geddy does a weird vibrato.
