Da Da Da, I Love You

Well I met him on the red square
Right in front of the kremlin wall
I came from the west, he was a russian
But we did not care at all
We spent a nice time together
And he tought me a couple of words
But one day I saw him with another girl.
And that´s what really hurts
He saw my tears when I ran away
He cried: “stoi, listen, to what I have to say”:

Da da da I love you
Njet njet njet I´ll never leave you
Da da da I love you
Njet njet njet I´ll never leave you

From our house I see the red square
And I see the kremlin wall
And he tries to teach me russian
But it doesn´t help at all
I understand the neighbours
When they come for tea or wine
And everybody has a lot of fun
When they hear that russian of mine
But every morning when my man is going away
I cry: “stoi, listen to what I have to say”:

Da da da I love you
Njet njet njet I´ll never leave you
Da da da I love you
Njet njet njet I´ll never leave you
