i was messing around with some chords the other day, and found some stuff
really close to this song...

your going to have to mess around the the veriation of the G chords and the C.
Also, you might want to replace the G with the C7M9. just whatever sounds right to you.
I like to play the G6 personaly...

Not quite sure about the hammer on when he gets to the F but this sounds close.
