About this Album:

F.A.M.E. is the fourth studio album by American R&B / pop singer Chris Brown. Working with a variety of writers and producers, including Diplo, Benny Benassi and Tha Bizness, Brown continues to blur the lines between soul, hip hop, pop and dance music.
The multi-platinum-selling R&B star, Chris Brown, a triple-threat as a singer/dancer/actor, has co-written on the majority of “F.A.M.E.”, and has collaborated with a wide range of his peers including: Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Ludacris and others.
“On this album, some of the songs are more grown-up”, says Chris in describing the album. “There are songs from all genres: from street records to others that are real Soul, 808 heavy that you’ll hear in the club, and then others are strictly for the heart; songs that your mom and grandma can listen to and love. Collectively, F.A.M.E. is me giving fans every aspect of who I am as far as my art, my culture, and my concepts.”
Overall the album is alright, we recommend it. It has so much diversity on it and can honestly say that there’s something for everyone on it.

“Yeah 3x” was released as the album’s first single on October 25, 2010 and topped the New Zealand Singles Chart, and reached the top ten in Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom. It also charted within the top fifteen in the United States and Canada.
“Look at Me Now” was released as the album’s second single on February 1, 2011. The song features American rappers Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes. It made its Billboard Hot 100 chart debut at number eleven, becoming Brown’s highest charting release since his 2008 single “Forever” peaked at number two.
“Beautiful People” featuring Benny Benassi, was released as the album’s third single on March 11, 2011 and charted at number twenty-seven on the US Hot Dance Club Songs, number forty on the New Zealand Singles Chart and at number fourteen on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart.
During an radio interview with WiLD 94.1, Brown revealed that “She Ain’t You” would serve as the album’s next single.
This album is good, not great. Chris has the potential to be great, he has the voice to go far in his career.
In support of the album, Brown will headline the F.A.M.E Tour in Australia on April 20, 2011 in Adelaide, South Australia and will end on May 3, 2011 in Perth, Western Australia. Australian singer Jessica Mauboy, DJ Havana Brown and dance group Justice Crew, will all serve as the supporting acts on all dates of the Australian tour.
